Let’s get Sew-cial and have a date with your sewing machine. Join Erica as she goes over how to operate your sewing machine. Lesson will include identifying parts of the sewing machine, threading machine, loading a bobbin, installing a needle, and some practice stitches. A make & take activity will be included.
A working sewing machine is REQUIRED to attend this class. No machines will be available to borrow at this time. Due to insurance restrictions, children under 13 are not allowed. If you’d like to take the class with your child, please email Erica first at pinatamoon@gmail.com
Supplies you will need to bring with you to class: 1 working sewing machine, a bobbin, spool of thread, fabric cutting scissors.
Nice to bring: an extra spool of thread in a different color, fabric marking pen/pencil, clear acrylic sewing ruler, seam ripper, a great attitude.
